MASSAGE
Gentle, expert care from an RMT
Every session is delivered by a Registered Massage Therapist trained in techniques catered to the unique anatomy of babies and children supporting muscle
development, mobility, digestion, mental health, and sleep. Most group insurance plans cover it, with direct billing available at the spa.

HYDROTHERAPY
A serene dip, made just for kids
A soothing warm-water tub session that relaxes muscles, improves circulation, and calms the nervous system. Safety comes first our tub is chlorine-sanitized and tested every 2 hours to keep the water properly balanced at all times.

PLAY DATES
More fun with friends and family
Bring 2 to 5 children together for a shared spa day, any day of the week. Everyone does hydrotherapy as a group, then each child gets an individual massage afterward. Evening sessions (6–9pm) are also available for groups of 3 or more.

BIRTHDAYS
A birthday party unlike any other
Book a private birthday rental for a unique, fun-filled celebration. Every package includes a private space plus massage and/or hydrotherapy, with optional ball pit, bouncy castle, and party favours.
