OUR SERVICES
Treatments tailored to your child's stage
Every protocol is adapted by your RMT based on age, developmental readiness, and presenting needs.
2 weeks – 18 months
Baby massage
RMT-led sessions targeting colic, gas pain, latch tension, and sleep regulation. Clinically linked to reduced crying time and improved weight gain in newborns and young infants.
2 weeks – 12 years
Hydrotherapy
Warm-water float and immersion sessions. In newborns, supports motor development and sensory integration. In older children, used for muscle recovery, coordination, and stress regulation.
1 – 12 years
Child massage therapy
Therapeutic massage for toddlers and children addressing growing pains, sports injuries, postural imbalances, and anxiety prescribed and delivered by a registered massage therapist.
THE DEVELOPMENTAL ARC
One practice. A decade of support.
Most families start with a newborn and never leave. Here's what that journey looks like.
2 – 12 WEEKS
First sessions — colic relief and nervous system regulation
Newborn massage and gentle hydrotherapy reduce cortisol, ease digestive discomfort, and establish sleep rhythms.
3 – 12 MONTHS
Sensory integration and motor milestone support
Hydrotherapy builds proprioceptive awareness and muscle tone. Massage supports tummy time readiness, rolling, and sitting.
1 – 4 YEARS
Toddler years — coordination, anxiety, and sensory needs
For toddlers with sensory processing challenges, low muscle tone, coordination delays, or high anxiety, regular RMT sessions provide support alongside other therapies.
5 – 12 YEARS
School-age children — sports, growing pains, and stress
Older children benefit from massage for sports recovery, postural issues from screen time, growing pains, and anxiety.
